BRONX - A customer was ripped off in the Bronx and not by inflated prices. Cops said a man ripped cash out of customer’s hands as she waited on line.
The NYPD released surveillance video of the hooded suspect seen walking down Jerome Avenue with a white hoodie covering his head.
Cops say this is the man who ripped off a customer on Fordham Road.
At around 10 am on March 11 a 44-year-old woman was making a purchase at a store at the intersection of Jerome Avenue and Fordham Road. As the woman waited on line with the cash in hand, a man came out of nowhere and yanked the bills out of her hands before running out of the store, cops said. He ran off with $40.
