The vicious attack happened across the street from Lehman High School adding to the areas woes on crime.  At around 1 am on October 13, a 25-year-old worker was behind the counter at the BP Gas Station at  91 Westchester Square, across the street from Lehman High School. Cops said the 25-year-old employee was working behind the counter which had no protective glass, when the suspect walked into the store.  Surveillance video shows the man walk up to the counter and ask a question.
