The NYPD announced the arrest of 45-year-old Vladimir Lopez German of Featherbed Lane. He was charged with murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon in connection with yesterday’s fatal stabbing in the Bronx.  Investigators said the murder stemmed from an argument over parking spaces between two neighbors.  At around 8:23 am on April 18, Dominic Cruz Aguilera got into an argument with Lopez German over where a car was parked on the block.
