BRONX - A Bronx man was stabbed inside a bodega across the street from a school, cops said.  


At around 1:20 am on November 9, a 49-year-old man was shopping inside a bodega at 249 Willis Avenue in Mott Haven. Cops said the man got into a dispute with a man wearing a red Chicago Bulls baseball cap. 


Suddenly the man in the baseball cap pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim in the torso. The attacker then fled on foot. 


EMS rushed the victim to nearby Lincoln Hospital where he was treated and is listed in stable condition.

The NYPD released surveillance video from inside the bodega. The suspect is described as a male with a medium complexion, medium build and a mustache. He was last seen wearing a Bulls baseball cap, black winter coat, black pants and black and white sneakers.
