BRONX - Cops are looking for a trio of muggers who have struck throughout the Longwood section of the Bronx for the past month. In one incident the robbers slashed a man across the face with a razor blade, cops said.

Investigators have linked a trio of suspects to three robberies throughout Soundview dating back to mid September. The cases vary in violence.

The first robbery took place around 6 pm on September 16. A 30-year-old man was standing in front of a bodega at 1461 Southern Boulevard when three men approached. One of the trio pulled out a razor blade and slashed the victim in the face. The others removed the victim’s cellphone before fleeing on foot.

EMS transported the victim to St. Barnabas Hospital where he was listed in stable condition.

The next attack took place around 7:30 pm on October 11. A 20-year-old man was standing in front of 1344 Southern Boulevard when he was approached by the three suspects. They forcibly removed his property before running off.

The last attack occurred on a residential block at around 6 pm on October 17. A 17-year-old male was standing in front of 1416 Vyse Avenue. Cops said the trio ran up behind and one robber put the victim in a chokehold. The others forcibly removed his property before running off.

The NYPD released surveillance photos of the suspects.
