BRONX - Halloween came early for one crazed mugger who beat a straphanger dressed in a pirate costume, cops said.

At around 4 am on October 27, the suspect dressed in a pirate costume was seen on surveillance video wandering around the subway station at Brook Avenue in Mott Haven.

Cops said the Jack Sparrow look like walked over to the turnstile and attacked a 32-year-old male. The pirate repeatedly punched the victim in the face and body. He then ripped the victim’s AirPods out of his ears and then took the sneakers off the man’s feet.

The mugger than ran out of the station.

The victim refused medical attention at the scene.

The suspect is described as a male with a light complexion, dark hair and a mustache. He was last seen in a pirate costume complete with a bandanna, eyepatch and tri corner hat. He also wore a white shirt and black vest and red and black striped pants.
