S hoplifter Threatened Bronx Target Worker with a Knife  By Dan Gesslein  Bronx Voice  November 25, 2025  BRONX LOCAL NEWS - A shoplifter threatened a worker at a Bronx Target with a knife when the employee tried to stop the thief from walking out of the store with a shopping cart full of stolen items, cops said .  The NYPD released new surveillance video of the suspect. In the video the suspect is seen going aisle to aisle loading up his shopping cart, which cops say, he did not pay for any of the items.  At around 1 pm on November 12, the suspect entered the Target store inside the Bronx Terminal Market. According to investigators, the portly man walked through the store and filled up his shopping cart. When he attempted to leave the store without paying, a 40-year-old employee tried to stop him.  Cops said the shoplifter pulled out a knife and threatened the worker. BRONX - The NYPD has released new video of a man wanted for a carjacking in the Zerega section of the Bronx last month. 



At around 7 pm on January 18, a man was sitting in his car in the vicinity of Waterbury Avenue and Zerega Avenue when two men approached. Cops said one of the men pulled out a handgun and ordered the driver out of the vehicle. The driver got out and the carjackers hopped into the car. Cops said the car thieves drove off on Seabury Avenue with the victim’s property in the car. 


No injuries were reported.

Following an investigation, police released surveillance video of one of the suspects seen entering a local grocery store. He is described as a male with a medium complexion. He is 5 foot 10 and 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing green pants, a black jacket, a white hooded sweater, and black sneakers. 



No description of the second suspect has been provided.
