BRONX - Police have identified the lone murder victim in a quadruple shooting outside a Bronx hamburger joint that left one man dead and three injured.


Police have identified 23-year-old Dashawn Hibbert as the victim in the Sunday morning shooting. Investigators would not comment further or say whether was the target of the deadly shooting.


At around 6 am on January 21, cops from the 47th Precinct responded to a 911 call at Jimbo’s Hamburgers at 4137 White Plains Road. Cops discovered a Hibbert with a gunshot wound to the torso.

Slashed After Asking Man to Stop Urinating on Parked Car


MANHATTAN - A man caught urinating on a parked car slashed a Stuy Town man’s throat when the victim asked the man to stop peeing, the NYPD said.

The victim was rushed by EMS to Jacobi Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead. 


Police also found three other men wounded at the scene. A 44-year-old male suffered a gunshot wound to the leg. A 26-year-old male inside the hamburger restaurant suffered a gunshot wound to the torso. Both were taken to Jacobi and are listed in stable condition.


During the investigation a short time later cops found a 52-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the leg. 


At this time cops do not have a description or video of the gunman or a motive for the shooting.
