BRONX - Cops are looking for a panhandler and his female accomplice who robbed a Good Samaritan in the Pelham Parkway section of the Bronx.

At around 4:30 am on December 17, a 33-year-old man was standing outside a grocery store at 2140 White Plains Road. A man and a woman approached him and asked him for money. When the Good Samaritan pulled out his wallet to hand the couple some cash, the male ordered him to hand his wallet over to the woman.

The victim handed over his wallet and both suspects fled. However, their images were caught on street surveillance video.

The suspects are both in their 20s with dark complexions. The male has a thin build and a beard. He was last seen wearing a black shirt with what appears to be a graphic in white of the Unisphere from the Queens World’s Fair and the phrase “Destroy and Rebuild” on the chest.

The female was last seen wearing a black North Face jacket with a fur hood.
