S hoplifter Threatened Bronx Target Worker with a Knife  By Dan Gesslein  Bronx Voice  November 25, 2025  BRONX LOCAL NEWS - A shoplifter threatened a worker at a Bronx Target with a knife when the employee tried to stop the thief from walking out of the store with a shopping cart full of stolen items, cops said .  The NYPD released new surveillance video of the suspect. In the video the suspect is seen going aisle to aisle loading up his shopping cart, which cops say, he did not pay for any of the items.  At around 1 pm on November 12, the suspect entered the Target store inside the Bronx Terminal Market. According to investigators, the portly man walked through the store and filled up his shopping cart. When he attempted to leave the store without paying, a 40-year-old employee tried to stop him.  Cops said the shoplifter pulled out a knife and threatened the worker. BRONX - A shower cap wearing burglar used a hammer to break into the lobby of an apartment building to get to the tenants’ mailboxes, the NYPD said. 


At around 1 am on October 6, a woman wearing a shower cap was caught on surveillance video trying to break into the vestibule of 1425 Noble Avenue. 


Cops said the woman used the hammer to break the glass door and gain access to the vestibule. She then tried to break into a mailbox for the tenants.


It is unclear if the vandal made off with any items.

MANHATTAN - A woman walking her dog in the park in the Garment District was robbed by a trio of muggers, the NYPD said.

The suspect is described as a woman with a dark complexion who is between the ages of 25 and 30. She is 5 foot 2 and 190 pounds with a heavy build. She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt featuring checkered design on the front, red skirt, white sandals, and a shower cap.
