BRONX - Cops arrested a baby faced suspect in the brutal stabbing of a teen near Roberto Clemente State Park in the Bronx.

Police arrested a 15-year-boy in connection with the attack on Sunday. He was charged with assault.

Police did not disclose a motive for the attack nor did they disclose the suspect’s name given the face that he is a minor.

At around 8 pm on May 28, a 16-year-old boy and an unknown male got into a argument in the vicinity of Richman Plaza and Matthewson Road in the Morris Heights section of the Bronx. The location is near the entrance to the River Park Towers on one side and Roberto Clemente State Park on the other.

As the argument escalated, cops say the suspect pulled out a switchblade and plunged it into the teen’s neck. The attacker then fled on foot.

The victim was rushed by EMS to an area hospital where he was treated for the cut to the neck. Cops say the teen is in stable condition.

Police released surveillance video of the baby-faced suspect taken from inside the lobby of an apartment building.

The suspect was last seen wearing a sweatshirt with a graphic and writing on it and ripped blue jeans and black sneakers. Investigators would not provide an age range for the suspect but the video appears to show a young man.

No motive for the deadly argument was given.
