BRONX - A 13-year-old boy was forced off an MTA bus by a pair of thugs. He was then beaten and robbed on the streets of the Bronx in broad daylight. Police released surveillance video of the suspects from inside the bus.

At around 4 pm on March 16, a 13-year-old boy was riding a BX 31 bus heading westbound on Eastchester Road and Boston Road. Two males got on the bus, approached the teen and then forced him off the bus.

On the street the attackers punched and kicked the teen about the head and body. As the victim lay on the ground, the attackers grabbed his cell phone and ran off on Boston Road.

The victim refused medical treatment at the scene.

The brazen bandits did not cover their faces when they boarded the bus and their images were captured on the bus’ cameras.
