Landlord of Burned Bronx Building Sued to Stop Heat Monitoring

Burglar Steals Super’s Tools Worth Thousands

BRONX - A building burglar made off with thousands of dollars worth of tools in the Bronx. 



The NYPD released surveillance video of a man suspected of stealing from the Mount Eden building. 



At around 1 am on December 21, a burglar slipped into an apartment building in the vicinity of Marcy Place and Walton Avenue. In the basement of the building, the thief helped himself to a slew of electric tools. 


Cops say the tools are valued at $2,700. 


The suspect is described as a male with a light complexion who is between the ages of 39 and 40. He has a medium build and was last seen wearing a black hoodie jacket, black sweatpants and black sneakers.
