Teen Arrested in Fatal Stabbing of Girl

The murder stemmed from an ongoing social media feud between the victim and her alleged killer. The NYPD has announced the arrest of a 15-year-old girl in connection with yesterday’s murder. The teen has been charged with murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon. Police would not release the suspect’s name because she is a minor. Police have identified 17-year-old Emery Mizell as the victim in the fatal stabbing. Cops said Mizell had allegedly been cyber bullied by the suspect on social media.  At around 2:15 on May 2, officers from the 43rd Precinct responded to a report of a stabbing in Soundview. Stabbed for iPhone

BRONX - A man was stabbed for his iPhone in front of a smoke shop in Morris Heights. 



At around 6 pm on December 4, a 59-year-old man was standing outside a smoke shop on University Avenue looking at his iPhone. Suddenly a man slapped the phone from his hands and then stabbed him in the arm. 




The attacker scooped the iPhone off the floor and then ran off on Featherbed Lane. 




The victim was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital in stable condition.
