Caught on Video - Gunman Unloads on Car with People Inside

Police are searching for the man who opened fire at people inside a parked car outside Parkchester.

BRONX - Police released dramatic video of a gunman unloading a barage of bullets into a parked Mercedes, as the driver and passengers jump out scurrying for cover outside Parkchester.


At around 12:36 am on November 6, a gray Mercedes sedan was parked on the corner of of Archer Street and White Plains Road outside Parkchester. Surveillance video shows the gunman casually walk up to the driver’s side of the car, pull out a gun and open fire. He slow walks from the driver’s side to the front of the car, to the sidewalk firing all the way. As he does so, the video shows the car doors open and the driver and passengers run out ducking for cover. 


Miraculously no one was injured. Cops say only the window was shattered from the bullets. 





The gunman was dressed all in black from head to toe. Police said the shooter is a male in his 30s with a thin build. In the video his head and face appear to be covered with a hat and a face mask. However, details are difficult because the camera which captured the shooting was across the street and the image is not sharp.
