BRONX - A pair of home invaders broke into a Bronx apartment, pistol whipped the resident and robbed the victim at gunpoint for $70.

At around 7:40 pm on September 27, cops say two men pushed their way into an apartment at 1695 Grand Concourse in Mount Eden. Inside, the home invaders pulled out guns and demanded cash of a 35-year-old man and a 45-year old who lived there.

One of the home invaders struck the 45-year old upside the head with the gun and took $70 off him. In addition to the small amount of cash, cops say the home invaders only walked away with two cell phones.

The victims were treated at the scene by EMS but refused additional medical attention.

Surveillance video caught an image of one of the suspected home invaders. Police are asking for the public’s help in trying to catch the thieves.
