Bronx Man Charged in Rape Inside Norwood Apartment Building  Bronx Voice  October 30, 2025   BRONX NEWS - A Bronx man has been charged in the vicious beating and rape of a woman inside a building in Norwood, said Bronx District Attorney Darcel Clark. According to the investigation, on September 28, 2025, at approximately 5:00 a.m., in the Norwood section, the 36-year-old woman arrived to her building and Kenneth Siriboe allegedly approached her in the stairwell, covered her mouth, choked her and threw her to the ground and raped her. Prosecutors said, he punched her in the face, breaking her nose. BRONX - A Co-op City man has been charged with multiple counts of sexual abuse in an assault on a child, cops said. 




The NYPD announced the arrest of 42-year-old Raymond Fernandez. The Co-op City resident was arrested at midnight today and was charged  with three counts of sexual abuse of a minor and acting in the manner injurious to a child.

At around 4:15 pm on October 25, a 10-year-old girl was near a park in the vicinity of Mace Avenue and Gunther Avenue in Pelham Gardens. Cops said a man walked up to the girl and “touched her private area with his hand.” The man then ran away. 


An investigation led to cops to identifying an image of the suspect from a bank ATM surveillance camera. Less than 24 hours after releasing the video police arrested Fernandez.
