Landlord of Burned Bronx Building Sued to Stop Heat Monitoring

BRONX - Cops are looking for a gunman who opened fire inside a Bronx deli striking a man multiple times.



At around 7:30 pm on February 29, two men got into an argument inside a deli at 656 Westchester Avenue. Cops said as the dispute got heated, the suspect pulled out a handgun and fired off multiple rounds.


Cops said the victim was repeatedly hit. 


The gunman then ran out of the store and jumped into a dark gray Mazda SUV with Texas plate SDR2899, cops said.



EMS rushed the victim to Lincoln Hospital where he was treated for multiple gunshot wounds.

The NYPD released surveillance video inside the deli in Melrose. The suspect was seen dressed all in black including a face mask.
