Landlord of Burned Bronx Building Sued to Stop Heat Monitoring

BRONX - Two men were wounded when a robber opened fire on them as they sat inside a parked car in the Bronx. 




At around 4:45 pm on February 22, two men were sitting inside a car parked in front of 1065 Nelson Avenue in Highbridge. An unidentified man approached the car and demanded property from the driver and passenger. 


The man pulled out a gun and opened fire into the car. A 21-year-old man inside the car was struck in the right arm. The other passenger who is 33, was shot in the lower abdomen. 




Cops say the gunman jumped into a white sedan and headed southbound on Nelson Avenue towards 165th Street. 




The victims were rushed to Lincoln Hospital where they are listed in stable condition.

Police released surveillance video from inside a nearby bodega. The video of the suspect shows the alleged gunman wore a black winter coat and gray hoodie at the time. He also has a mustache.
