The incident occurred around 4:15 pm near 1704 Anthony Avenue, leaving the victim shaken but unharmed. According to police, two males approached the victim while he was near his electric bicycle. The first suspect displayed a gun during the confrontation. The suspects then forcibly took the victim’s electric bicycle and fled the scene southbound on Anthony Avenue. The victim was reportedly unharmed, but understandably shaken after the incident.
