By Dan Gesslein Bronx Voice May 11, 2024 BRONX - Cops made an arrest in the horrific rape in the Bronx in which the attacker caught his victim using a belt around her neck.  The NYPD announced the arrest of 39-year-old Kashaan Parks who gave his residence as a Best Western Hotel on East 185th Street.
