The incident occurred around 4:15 pm near 1704 Anthony Avenue, leaving the victim shaken but unharmed. According to police, two males approached the victim while he was near his electric bicycle. The first suspect displayed a gun during the confrontation. The suspects then forcibly took the victim’s electric bicycle and fled the scene southbound on Anthony Avenue.
