BRONX - Apparently Bronx muggers run on Dunkin’. A robber bullied his way into the till of a Highbridge Dunkin’ Donuts making off with the dough.

The NYPD released surveillance video of a man in a black mask and hoodie who robbed a Dunkin’ Donuts.

At around 6:30 am on October 28, the suspect decked out in a mask, hoodie and a multi-colored shirt walked into the Dunkin’ Donuts on East 167th Street. Cops say he walked behind the store counter and demanded the key to the cash register. The worker handed over the key and the thief popped open the register and removed $1,500 from the till.

After taking the cash the thief just walked out of the donut shop and disappeared. No one was injured in the robbery.

Although the original video from inside the store mostly showed the suspect from behind, cops got lucky. The crook is seen on video taken of him walking on the sidewalk near the entrance to the 167th Street elevated subway station.

The suspect is described as a male between the ages of 30 and 40. He has a medium build and was last seen wearing a multi-color hooded sweater, black pants, white/gray sneakers and a black face mask covering half of his face.
