The NYPD released surveillance footage of the suspect seen in the building’s stairwell wearing a Captain America t-shirt. At around 5 pm on September 21, the suspect was seen entering an apartment building in the vicinity of Westchester Avenue and Home Street near the Whitlock Avenue subway station.  The suspect was ushered into the apartment by the 67-year-old resident. Once inside, the suspect pulled out a gun and threatened the female victim, cops said. The gunman fled the scene empty handed. The suspect is described as a female with a light complexion.
