Cops Looking for Cellphone Store Shooter

The bullet smashed through the front door of a phone store, thankfully no one was injured. Police officials say the incident was reported at 2 p.m. on November 7, outside of the Green Olive Deli, located at 716 Morris Park Avenue, at the corner of Hunt Avenue. Officials say the unknown gunman fired a single shot at a second individual and missed. The bullet flew across the street and through the front door of Metro by T-Mobile, at 723 Morris Park Avenue. Both the gunman and victim fled the scene on foot. No description of the gunman was

BRONX - A female police officer was slugged in the back of the head by a sucker punching, ATV driver on Halloween, cops said. 


At around 6 pm on October 31, an officer was conducting a lawful traffic stop outside Tracy Towers at the corner of Risse Street and Jerome Avenue. While the officer was investigating, a man walked up behind her and punched her in the back of the head. 


The attacker then hopped on an ATV and drove off.  


The officer was treated by EMS at the scene but was not taken to the hospital.  


The NYPD released surveillance video taken from a gas station near the attack. The suspect is seen seated on the ATV. He is described as a male with a medium complexion and beard. He was last seen wearing a black knit cap, ref shirt and blue pants and black gloves.
