A press conference was held at the corner of Waring Avenue and Holland Avenue after several violent incidents were reported and allegedly carried out by a group of teenage girls in the Allerton community. Teen Stabbed Near Fordham Road

BRONX - A teen was found fatally stabbed in the neck off of Fordham Road near the library. Police are asking for the public’s help in trying to catch the killer(s).


Police responding to reports of an assault in progress arrived at 2550 Briggs Avenue to find Armani McDonald, 19, with a stab wound to the neck. He was rushed to nearby St. Barnabas Hospital where he was pronounced dead.


Police recovered two knives at the scene.


A person of interest was taken into custody but no one has so far been charged.


This is the second fatal stabbing in the Bronx this weekend. On Friday, Prince McMichael was stabbed to death by a group of four teens at the Pelham Bay train station.


Police are still looking for McMichael’s killers.
