BRONX - A scooter riding rape suspect is being sought by police in connection with an attack on a woman in the Bronx. 



At around 1:30 am on May 25, a 26 year old female was walking in the vicinity of Vireo Avenue and East 235th Street on a residential street in Woodlawn. 


Cops said the woman was approached from behind by a male who placed the female in a headlock. The attacker dragged the female to the ground but left before raping the woman. 



The attacker hopped on a blue scooter and drove away, cops said. 


Using surveillance video, police have identified the suspect as 45-year-old Miguel Rivera.
