BRONX - Muggers beat a man and stole his coat in front of a Bronx school in Highbridge, the NYPD announced. 


At around 1:10 am, a 53-year-old man was standing on the corner of Jerome Avenue & Shakespeare Avenue in front of P.S. X114 - Luis Llorens Torres Schools. Two men approached and the three began arguing. Then the two men jumped the victim and began punching and kicking him throughout the face and body, cop said. 


As the victim lay on the floor, the two attackers removed the victim’s wallet which contained $200. They then yanked the coat off the victim, cops said. 


The attackers then ran away but not before their images were caught on surveillance video. 


The victim was taken to an area hospital where he was treated and was listed in stable condition. 


The first suspect is a male with a dark complexion and a half sleeve arm tattoo on his right forearm. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with a black graphic and blue jeans. He also wore a Yankees cap. 


The second suspect is a male with a dark complexion and a medium build and cornrows. He was last seen wearing a black tank top and blue jeans.
