Money transfer giant Western Union has confirmed that they are in negotiations to acquire the business. BRONX - Several local groups including members of Community Board # 7 fanned out across the 400-acre cemetery to place American flags at the graves of nearly 9,000 U.S. servicemen and women. 




The Flagging event was hosted by the Woodlawn Conservancy who expected that all of the graves would have a flag placed at the graves of all service members in time for Memorial Day.
