According to police, detectives have identified 31-year-old Kevin Dawkins as the individual wanted in connection with the incident, which occurred within the confines of the 47th Precinct in the Bronx earlier this year.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the encounter.

After damaging the victim’s vehicle, authorities say the suspect fled the scene in a gray Ford Explorer, traveling westbound on East 232 Street toward an unknown destination.

Detectives assigned to the NYPD 47th Precinct later identified Kevin Dawkins, a 31-year-old male, in connection with the incident as part of the ongoing investigation.

Police have not yet announced whether an arrest has been made.
