NYPD Searching for Four Suspects in Violent Webster Avenue Robbery in the Bronx

BRONX, NY - A worker at a local tax preparer was jumped by four robbers who beat and pistol whipped him right before they trashed the office, cops said.


According to police, the incident occurred on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at approximately 2:37 p.m. inside a location at 2601 Webster Avenue. A 43-year-old man was reportedly approached by four unidentified males in what quickly escalated into a brutal assault and robbery on Webster Avenue in the Bronx.





Authorities say the suspects repeatedly punched the victim throughout his body before escalating the attack further. During the incident, one of the individuals displayed a firearm, and the victim was pistol-whipped in the head. The suspects then forcibly removed an unknown amount of cash before causing significant damage inside the establishment. 


Police estimate the property damage to be around $6,000, making this a violent armed robbery causing property damage in the Bronx.





EMS transported the victim to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition following the violent robbery assault in the Bronx requiring hospital transport.


After the robbery, the four suspects fled the scene in a gray Nissan sedan with North Carolina license plates. Police say the vehicle was last seen traveling southbound on Webster Avenue.


Investigators have released descriptions of the four individuals involved in the Bronx robbery as they continue their search related to this ongoing NYPD investigation into Bronx robbery suspects.




The first suspect is described as a male who last seen wearing a green jacket and black pants.


The second suspect is a male who was last seen wearing a blue sweatshirt, dark-colored pants, and dark-colored shoes.


The third suspect is described as a male who was last seen wearing a black jacket and blue jeans.


The fourth suspect is a male who was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue pants, and dark-colored shoes.


At this time, police have not released additional identifying details but are urging anyone with information to come forward regarding this four suspects wanted in Bronx robbery case March 2026.
