Video: Cops Looking for 4 Suspects who Stabbed and Viciously Beat Man Over His Phone

BRONX LOCAL NEWS - In a scene out of a bad 1970’s Hollywood movie, a Bronx man was attacked by a group of muggers who stabbed him, beat him with a chain as another man wielded what looked like a pipe. The NYPD released new video of the suspects in last month’s brutal beating in Mott Haven.
Cops said a group of four muggers attacked a 22-year-old man at around 11:30 am on October 28. While in front of 796 East 140 Street, the four men pounced.
Cops said one of the attackers repeatedly stabbed the victim throughout his back. A second man repeatedly struck the victim in the arms and body with a chain. And two other suspects punched and kicked the victim. As the victim lay bleeding on the ground one of the suspects removed his cell phone.
Cops said the suspect was rushed to Lincoln Hospital where he was listed in stable condition.
In the released video, a man suspected in the attack is seen video taping the attack with his cell phone. Another man is seen waving a large metal pipe or pole.
