3 People Arrested at Scene Officers stand guard at the scene where a 17-year-old girl was stabbed to death in the Bronx. -Citizen By Dan Gesslein Bronx Voice May 2, 2024 BRONX - Three people have been arrested in connection with the brutal stabbing death of a 17-year-old girl in the Bronx, cops said.  At around 2:15 today, officers from the 43rd Precinct responded to a report of a stabbing in Soundview. When they arrived at 1105 Boyton Avenue officers discovered a 17-year-old girl with a stab wound to the chest.  EMS rushed the teen to Jacobi Medical Center where she eventually died of her injuries.  Police have arrested three people so far however, the case is ongoing.  It is unclear at this time what type of weapon was used to stab the victim.  The victim’s name has been withheld pending family notification and the fact that the victim is a minor. BRONX - A pair of young muggers beat a man in broad daylight and stole his e-bike, the NYPD said. 


At around 10 am on January 13, a 37-year-old man was standing with his e-bike in the vicinity of Prospect Avenue and East 179th Street. Cops said two teenage males walked up to the e-bike operator and began punching and beating the victim.


Cops said the attackers forcibly removed the victim’s e-bike and ran away.


The first suspect is described as a 16-year-old male with a dark complexion and medium build. He is 5 foot 10, 160 pounds and black hair. 


The second suspect is described as a male, medium complexion, medium build and was last seen wearing dark colored clothing.
