At around 8 pm on April 27, a 29-year-old male got into an argument with another man on board a BX15 bus. In the vicinity of East 183 Street and 3rd Avenue both men got off the bus and the fight escalated on the street.

BRONX - A woman had a knife held to her throat by a man whom she met on a dating app, the NYPD said.


The robbery took place in an apartment building in the vicinity of East 187th Street and Beaumont Avenue near Arthur Avenue. At around 4 am on December 29, an unknown male entered a 19-year-old woman’s apartment. The woman said she had met the suspect on a dating app. 


Cops said once inside the apartment the man pulled out a knife and put it to the victim’s throat. He removed the woman’s cellphone and ran out of the building without incident.

BRONX - Two men were shot in broad daylight during a New Year’s Day shooting in the Bronx, the NYPD said.

The NYPD released photos of the suspect who had apparently been taking selfies of himself.
