Supermarket Shooting Caught on Surveillance Video

BRONX - A dramatic shooting inside a Bronx supermarket was caught on surveillance video. The NYPD is searching for two gunmen.





At around 2 am on November 15, a 22-year-old male was inside a Soundview supermarket on Lafayette Avenue. Police said the man was approached by two males in black hoodies. 


Store surveillance video shows the two men pull out handguns and open fire as they stand behind a food display case.


The victim was shot in the left leg and the gunmen ran out of the store.


EMS transported the victim to Jacobi Medical Center where he is listed in stable condition.



The suspects have been described as males with dark complexions and thin builds. Both men wore black hoodies and face masks.
