Drive-by Shooting Near Arthur Avenue Market

BRONX - Two men were shot near the Arthur Avenue Market when gunmen opened fire from inside a black SUV, the NYPD said.




At around 9:15 am Sunday morning, two men were standing outside 2348 Arthur Avenue near the Arthur Avenue Market. Published reports said gunmen in a black Ford Explorer opened fire.


The 19-year-old victim was shot in the torso. The 22-year-old suffered a gunshot wound to the armpit.




The victim’s were taken up the block to Saint Barnabas Hospital where they are listed in stable condition.
