Smoke Shop Fight Gets Heated when Customer Pulls a Gun

BRONX - Things got heated inside a Bronx smoke shop when a customer pulled a gun during an argument, cops said. The incident was caught on camera.



At around 8 pm on August 31, a customer walked into the Smoke Shop at 1357 Gun Hill Road. At some point he got into a heated argument with the 54-year-old employee who told the man to leave the smoke shop. 





Cops said the customer left but returned a few minutes later armed with a gun. Store surveillance video captured the suspect pointing the gun at the clerk several times threatening to shoot him.


After menacing the worker, the gunman left without incident. He was last seen heading northbound on Seymour Avenue.



The suspect is described as a male with a dark complexion and a heavy build. He is 5 foot 10 and 240 pounds. The alleged gunman has facial hair and long black hair.


He was last see wearing a dark colored hat, a bright yellow t-shirt, black shorts and black sneakers.
