Cops said during the party, a 38-year-old male got into an arguement with another man. When the fight turned physical both fighters’ supporters joined in. Cops said a 32-year-old and another unidentified male joined the fracas.   Then the unidentified male pulled out a handgun and shot the 38-year-old party goer in the torso. BRONX - A group of muggers viciously beat a man as he stepped off a Bronx subway train at Gun Hill Road, cops said.



Cops released surveillance video of a group of four men wanted in connection with an assault and robbery at Bronx subway station.

QUEENS - A Brooklyn man will spend the next three decades in prison for setting his girlfriend’s apartment on fire during a stalking spree where he threatened to kill her. At around 3:40 am on September 15, a 38-year-old man was exiting a northbound Number 2 train at the Gun Hill Road subway station. Cops said four men approached the straphanger on the subway platform. 




Without warning the men began punching and kicking the victim. Cops said the attacker beat the victim throughout the body. As he lay on the ground the attackers forcibly removed his backpack.


The attackers ran out of the station in an unknown direction.


The victim was treated for pain and bruising to the head by EMS at the scene.
