BRONX - A disgruntled gunman took a shot at a smoke shop worker when the employee wouldn’t turn over the cash, cops said.

At around 3:30 pm on September 15, a 29-year-old clerk was working inside the West Farms smoke shop at 861 East Tremont Avenue when an unidentified male walked into the store.

The store’s surveillance cameras recorded the suspect as he walked up to the counter wearing a black hoodie and a gray UnderArmor back pack on the front or his chest. The suspect pulled a handgun out of the bag and demanded cash.

The worker hid in the store without handing over the money. Cops said the gunman became angry and fired one round into a wall inside the store.
