Bronx Pols Honor Jacobi Nurses


BRONX - Elected officials visited Jacobi Medical Center to honor nurses at the hospital in honor of Nurse Week. 



Assembly Member John Zaccaro (D-Bronx, 80th District) visited NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi and presented a Proclamation for Nurses Week celebrating the dedicated nursing staff at Jacobi. 




In addition, Council Members Amanda Farías (D-Bronx, 18th District) and Marjorie Velázquez (D-Bronx, 13th District) visited NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi to present nursing staff with a Proclamation from the New York City Council Bronx Delegation celebrating their contributions to the wider community. They were joined by Dr. Nancy Kheck, Director of Health and Human Services for Bronx Borough President Vanessa L. Gibson, who also presented an award from the Borough President.
